Liz and I wanted you to know how pleased we are with the beautiful home you and everyone else at Paul Curry Homes built for us. The longer we live here, the more we appreciate the quality workmanship and attention to detail. In fact, friends who have visited have often remarked about this.

The placement of the house was carefully thought out to maximize our beautiful views. Your staff was especially helpful in patiently answering our questions (we had quite a few since this was our first custom home), and with the many decorating choices to make, your recommendations were truly appreciated.

The whole process went quite smoothly and we are very pleased.

We are finally unpacked and thoroughly enjoying the new home! Thought I would drop you and your staff a note of thanks for a job well done. Jim, Lisa and the sales folks made the floor plan and interior design process a real pleasure. Mr. Curry: I was a temporary resident of your Willow Brook Apartments for January and February, 2007.

I wanted to take the opportunity to compliment your staff who has all been very helpful and welcoming. In particular, they are most professional and helpful since the first day I called to inquire about corporate units. During my stay they have proven to be very helpful to me time and time again.

In my search for a potential place to live for two months, I initially had a deposit in place with your competitors at the Highrange Village. It was a comedy of errors and frustration dealing with their staff. They would not commit to giving me a place to live as late as December the 4th. Prior to that they curtly asked me not to call them until Decemeber 1. When I did call, the clerks and the supervisor were all gone to a conference. The reservations person once called me at 6 in the morning in Alaska, failing to realize the time difference to ask me about a note she had made to herself on my file.

Long story short: Your staff came to the rescue and actually seemed to be happy to be serving me as a customer, very unlike Highrange.

In closing, you have a great staff and it shows when they deal with your customers. Thanks to you and your staff for a great stay.

Dear Willow Brook,

Thank you so much for making our move so much easier and pleasant. We were looking at renting a house with Steinborn or with you. Your Leasing Agent took more time and showed more genuine interest from the first time I contacted her then Steinborn ever did. She always followed through and returned my calls; no matter how many times I called either. 

When I went to pick up my keys, your staff greeted me with a warm smile and it was then that I knew I had chosen wisely.

The entire staff, including the wonderful maintenance man, has been wonderful.

Our stay at Willow Brook has exceeded our expectations. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness, of not only our apartment, but of the entire complex. Our apartment was very comfortable and attractive. It was a special treat having our apartment cleaned and fresh linens every week. We have enjoyed our first visit to Las Cruces and would return to Willow Brook. We loved the high bed (same as home) hardly ever found in a rental. Thank you for the valentine treat.
