Mr. Curry started at the bottom and worked his way up in the construction field. His career began as a framing carpenter in high school, when he participated in a career program that allowed him to complete his school day at noon and spend the afternoons and weekends working for a general contractor. Over the succeeding years, his field experience became invaluable as he mastered the trades of trim carpentry, framing carpentry, roofing, painting, and many other areas of construction, both in commercial building and homebuilding. Mr. Curry became one of the youngest general contractors in New Mexico when, at the age of 18, he passed his Contractor's License examination. Mr. Curry constructed homes full time while attending NMSU. During those early years, Mr. Curry did most of the actual labor work himself. The expertise he gained because of his training now allows him to work with his subcontractors and employees in a way that demands the highest quality of construction available today.
Mr. Curry has designed and constructed some of the finest homes in the Las Cruces area. His reputation for quality and style has given him the opportunity to build homes for many of Doña Ana County’s leading citizen’s. His dedication to customer satisfaction has brought new referrals and continued new business.

Don Cundiff, Project Superintendant
Don oversees all jobsite activities for the company and is involved with bidding techniques, coordination, scheduling and maintenance. Don works closely with architects and our customer’s on a daily basis. Don has been a hands-on commercial superintendent for 18 years, and a specialty carpenter since re-settling in Las Cruces in 1982. Don's expertise in working with people and his hands-on experience in all types of construction have made his talents shine in the field of project management.

Jack Ewing, Marketing Specialist/Realtor®
Jack M. Ewing is an experienced professional in marketing and sales, and is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. He completed over 26 years with Cummins Engine Co., most recently directing sales in the Western United States and internationally for natural gas fueled engines. A native of New Mexico, he was raised on a ranch near Lordsburg. He has a BS in General Agriculture and a minor in engineering from New Mexico State University. He has been regularly in demand as a speaker for various symposiums on sales, plus subjects dealing with agriculture and industry. He is well known in the Las Cruces and Southwestern New Mexico area. Jack is currently a marketing specialist with Paul Curry Homes, inc. and is marketing custom homes, metal building structures, land and pre-owned homes. Cruz Endlich, Realtor®
Cruz has been in real estate for almost eighteen years, and in the home industry for twenty-five years, with a background in interior design and home construction.
Every single transaction is different from the last. I bring years of experience, plus a sense of understanding that to keep abreast of the many changing laws and supportive ethics, one must always continue educating oneself. I love to interact with a diversity of people. It can be a lot of fun, but I take the objective seriously. Often, this collaborative interaction makes for life-long friendships.

Joy Ellis, Controller
Joy's responsibilities include companywide accounting, employee supervision, government reports, and insurance. Joy came to work with us in July of 2001 with over 35 years in the accounting field. Joy has extensive experience with government contracts and various accounting practices. Joy has been a Las Cruces resident for over 42 years and has a daughter named Jolie. Joy is also the grandmother of eight. She enjoys fishing, boating, camping, and horseback riding with her husband, Wayne.

Christina Major, Property Manager
A native to Las Cruces, Christina has been working with us since 1994. Christina has held many positions which include, maintenance, assistant interior decorator, personal assistant to Mr. Curry and is now the property manager for Willow Brook Apartments and Town homes. In her free time Christina likes spending her time outdoors which includes fly fishing, hiking, hunting, and spending time with her husband, Robert.

Stephanie Nortier, Administrative Assistant
Stephanie joined our team in September 2007. Born and raised in Los Alamos, she is a native New Mexican. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2005 with a degree in elementary education. After graduating she spent two years working with Campus Crusade for Christ in Durango, Mexico, as well as in Las Cruces, at New Mexico State University.
In her free time she loves spending time with her husband, Daneel, cooking, traveling, and being outdoors.

Mary Curry, Interior Designer
A partner since 1975, exclusively designs for Paul Curry Homes, Inc. Aside from the interior designing, Mrs. Curry also helps design floor plans and decorates all Paul Curry Homes, Inc. model homes and offices. Mrs. Curry is a native of Clifton Arizona and enjoys playing bluegrass music on her Hammer Dulcimer. Mrs. Curry enjoys road biking and has ridden through Vermont, Austria and New Mexico, accompanied by her husband Paul. Mrs. Curry is a discussion leader in Bible Study Fellowship. Mrs. Curry received her Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics from New Mexico State University and is the mother of 3; Christina, Jared and Juliane.

Samantha Lisko, Bookkeeper/Purchasing Agent
Samantha just joined our staff in August 2007 after relocating here to Las Cruces from Milwaukee, WI. Samantha's job responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable and purchasing. She brings with her 20 years of experience in customer service and an A.A.S. in Accounting. In Samantha's spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Jay and daughter Alexandrea, watching football and Nascar racing, reading, traveling, and enjoying movies with her friends and family.
